ASX-listed CSG has acquired Sydney based provider of CRM and service management software Aaromba Technologies.
The acquisition announced May 11 and recently finalised extends the Northern Territory integrator' s reach to Aaromba's customers in NSW and Victoria.
Total up front consideration was $2 million with earn out.
Julie-Ann Kerin, group general manager at CSG Enterprise Services said that with offices in New South Wales, Victoria and Brisbane, "Aaromba will be a key contributor to achieving growth in the eastern states and further cementing our foothold in the region."
Under the agreement, Aaromba will be integrated into CSG's Enterprise Services business.
The deal would see CSG increase staff based on the east coast. A spokesperson for CSG said Aaromba staff would be retained.
"We are now clearly the largest Microsoft Dynamics Platform delivery partner in Australia and the Asia Pacific," claimed Kerin.
Antony Dutton, general manager at Aaromba said the company can "provide a wider variety of services to our customers."
