Crowdstrike unveils partner program for next-gen SIEM platform

CrowdStrike has launched a new Services Partner Program aimed at helping global systems integrators and managed service providers accelerate adoption of its Falcon Next-Gen security information and event management (SIEM) platform.

The program has already attracted major industry players including Deloitte, Echelon, Ernst & Young, eSentire, NETbuilder and Wipro.

Tom Etheridge, chief global services officer at CrowdStrike, said the initiative comes as demand for SIEM transformation services reaches unprecedented levels.

"As all CrowdStrike customers are fully equipped to leverage the Next-Gen SIEM capabilities in the Falcon platform, the demand for our services partners to help transform existing SIEM deployments has never been higher," Etheridge said.

The cybersecurity skills gap continues to widen as attacks grow in both speed and sophistication, leaving organisations increasingly dependent on service providers for expertise.

SIEM technology forms the backbone of security operations, but legacy solutions struggle with high operational costs, slow data ingestion, complex workflows and limited data retention.

CrowdStrike's Falcon Next-Gen SIEM aims to address these challenges by combining the Falcon platform with third-party data, real-time threat intelligence and AI-driven automation to accelerate threat detection and response.

The Services Partner Program provides incentives, training, tools and technical support to help partners build their businesses while driving customer success.

Partners will receive exclusive enablement resources and technical certifications to deploy, optimise and operationalise the Falcon Next-Gen SIEM platform.

The structured engagement framework includes access to referrals for services opportunities and incentives that drive platform adoption, reduce operational burdens and deliver measurable security outcomes.

"Our Services Partner Program enables partners to harness the full power of Falcon Next-Gen SIEM while applying their deep SIEM, security, compliance and operational expertise," Etheridge said.

Matthew Ball, chief analyst at Canalys, believes the SIEM market is undergoing massive transformation as businesses realise legacy approaches cannot keep pace with modern threats.

"Success in this new era depends on harnessing technologies like Falcon Next-Gen SIEM alongside expert partner services to gain complete visibility, accelerate detection and response and strengthen long-term cyber resilience," Ball said.

Earlier this month, Crowdstrike expanded its Accelerate partner program, aiming to unite the its entire ecosystem - including service providers, distributors, resellers, independent software vendors, managed security and managed service providers (MSSPs and MSPs respectively).
