CRMIT Solutions acquires Brooke Global to expand public sector consulting

CRMIT Solutions has acquired Brooke Global, an Australian consultancy specialising in business process transformation and digital consulting for government and regulated organisations, adding 40 strategy consultants to its workforce.

CRMIT has operated for more than two decades delivering CRM, integration and decision intelligence services to enterprises. The acquisition is the company's stated step toward becoming what it described as a leading transformation partner for ANZ organisations seeking to modernise customer experiences and unlock AI-driven decision-making.

The deal brings together Brooke Global's advisory and service-redesign capabilities with CRMIT's Salesforce implementation and agentic AI practice. CRMIT said the combined business will be positioned to help public sector clients modernise citizen services and adopt AI within governance and compliance constraints.

Brooke Global's team will join CRMIT's global workforce, with existing client engagements continuing without interruption, the company said. Partners and customers of both organisations will gain access to expanded Salesforce capabilities, managed services and greater delivery scale across Australia and internationally.
