Coro, a cybersecurity platform for SMBs, has named Jamie Barling as partner sales manager for ANZ.
Barling joins after a stint of over six years at NEXTGEN, where he was most recently vendor business development manager; he joined the company as channel business development manager.
Prior to this, he also worked at Meier Business Systems, Ingram Micro and HPE.
"My team and I are super excited to work with channel partners in helping customers stay one step ahead," Barling said in a post on LinkedIn.
Demetrios Georgiou, Coro's VP of sales for Asia Pacific, stated in his own post that the hire reflects a "doubling down" on the company's 100% channel strategy.
"Jamie brings serious depth in the Australian IT channel — with a track record of building partner ecosystems that actually deliver growth," he said.
"His focus [will be] driving our ANZ go-to-market execution and scaling our MSP and reseller partner network across the region.
"For our partners — this means more alignment, more support, and a clear path to growth with Coro. For the market — it’s another signal of where we’re heading in ANZ."
