ConnectWise hires Nick Moran as APAC evangelism director

ConnectWise has appointed former Evolve IT co-founder Nick Moran as its Asia-Pacific evangelism director.

Moran will champion ConnectWise's “partner-first approach” and play a “pivotal role in driving ConnectWise's growth and engagement with partners in the APAC region.”

He joins the company permanently after serving as a member of its partner advisory council for more than four years.

Moran co-founded Evolve IT in 1993 and was the business’s managing director for over 25 years.

He was director of Powernet IT Solutions following its merger with Evolve IT in 2019, playing a role in its acquisition by CRN Fast50 company Virtual IT Group in December 2022, before departing the company in June 2023.
