Cohesity has named James Eagleton as MD for Australia and New Zealand, responsible for driving the company's overall business strategy, sales operations and growth initiatives across the region.
Eagleton brings leadership experience in data security, virtualisation, and enterprise digital solutions, to his new role, having led regional sales and channel teams at Adobe, Dell, and Sun Microsystems.
Most recently, he led the South Pacific regional data services and storage organisation at HPE.
Eagleton said Cohesity has brought together top talent, proven technology, and unmatched investment in AI driven cyber security innovation - meaning stronger solutions, faster innovation, and better support for customers.
"We already support many of the largest Enterprise and Public sector organisations in ANZ - across every sector and workload - to recover confidently and quickly, but also outsmart the threat actors," he said.
