Cognizant has integrated its Neuro AI Trust platform with ServiceNow in a partnership aimed at letting enterprises govern AI systems continuously rather than through periodic compliance reviews.

The companies said the combined offering is designed to give organisations a single environment where AI governance is not only visible but actively enforced across the AI lifecycle.

ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower provides the governance and observability layer, unifying controls and performance management across AI systems, agents and workflows.

Cognizant’s Neuro AI Trust adds a library of responsible-AI and 'Guardian' agents intended to apply fairness, safety, security, transparency and compliance controls as systems run, including across third-party agentic networks.

Cognizant said the platform ships with pre-built compliance content mapped to established standards and regulatory frameworks, intended to shorten the path from written policy to operational enforcement, and supports a three-phase model of planning, onboarding and operating.

“The market has solved AI access. What enterprises now need is the ability to operate AI responsibly at the scale and speed their businesses demand,” said Sriram Kumaresan, global head of cloud and infrastructure services at Cognizant.

"With this integration, customers gain not just a platform for visibility, but an active operating layer that helps organisations operationalise and monitor responsible AI behavior continuously as their systems learn, adapt and act."

"The agentic AI terrain is expanding quickly in scope and in business impact, and yet the visibility gap is palpable. AI Control Tower gives organisations a single command center to govern every model, every agent and AI asset, and their identities and associated permissions across the enterprise, not just inside ServiceNow," said John Aisien, SVP and GM for Central Product Management, Security and Risk at ServiceNow.

"Together with Cognizant, we're closing this gap: connecting deployment to accountability, through a unified approach to governance. With a comprehensive framework for discovering, monitoring, managing and scaling AI, organizations can accelerate innovation while maintaining trust and control across their operations."
