Cloudflare appoints Pat Breen as VP for ANZ

Cloudflare has appointed Pat Breen as area VP for ANZ.

He joins after having served for over three years as a regional sales director at Splunk.

Prior to this, he was at NetApp for close to 18 years.

Cloudflare has had a longstanding presence in ANZ, first expanding its network to Sydney in 2012.

Cloudflare blocked an average of 1.3 billion cyber threats per day in Australia and New Zealand in the second quarter of 2025 alone. Cloudflare’s global network spans more than 330 cities in more than 125 countries, including 12 cities in Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania.
