Cloudera has launched Cloudera Anywhere Cloud, a platform for building, deploying and scaling data and AI applications across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
The platform combines modular data services, self-service provisioning and automated management, and is designed to operate standalone or alongside existing data lakes. Cloudera said organisations can deploy, govern and scale AI and data services across public clouds, sovereign infrastructure and private data centres through a single control plane - without moving or copying data.
Central to the platform is an agentic copilot that, according to Cloudera, converts plain-language requests into automated data workflows and infrastructure management tasks.
For partners and integrators, the platform offers a self-service marketplace of modular blueprints covering certified Cloudera engines - including Spark, Kafka and Trino - as well as open-source and third-party engines.
Cloudera said every deployment automatically inherits enterprise governance policies and supports open standards including Apache Iceberg, Polaris catalog and unified APIs.
"Organisations shouldn't have to choose between innovation and control," said Leo Brunnick, chief product officer at Cloudera.
"Cloudera Anywhere Cloud brings the speed and flexibility of the cloud directly to enterprise data. This allows enterprises to accelerate AI initiatives, while maintaining complete ownership of their data and intellectual property, all while optimising the cost of their infrastructure, tokens, and business models."
