ASX-listed services and ecommerce SaaS provider Cirralto has scored a deal with retailer Clark Rubber.
Cirralto will deploy its Poolbox swimming pool management platform to Clark Rubber’s 60 stores, adding to its current standard operating environment.
Cirralto calls Poolbox “the only connected system to run your pool business”, connecting water testing systems, service management, accounting software and Spenda POS. Its customer base ranges from larger companies like Clark Rubber to one-man operations.
As part of the deployment, Clark Rubber will also get a dashboard and store reporting tools in its head office for improved inventory and stock management systems. Cirralto will also provide training and support services to all Clark Rubber franchisors.
In the ASX announcement (pdf) released today, Clark Rubber chief executive Anthony Grice said, “With an ongoing strategic focus on growing our end-to-end pool retail and service business, we believe that it is only logical that Clark Rubber invests in an IT solution to help manage our pool business as efficiently and effectively as possible.”
“After an exhaustive review of various ‘pool industry specific’ management platforms in the marketplace we have elected to align ourselves with PoolBox and Cirralto.”
The deal is signed for an initial three-year licence term with some automatic rollover extensions, with each franchisor charged with a fixed monthly charge contracted on three-year terms as well.
Each store also have options to add value-added features and services at additional costs, based on their individual business requirements.
Cirralto managing director Adrian Floate said, “We are delighted to be working with Clark Rubber — an easily recognisable and respected retail brand servicing customers across Australia.”
“Clark Rubber has an exciting road map planned for the growth of their pool retail and service business and we are excited to be their technology partner and look forward to growing the relationship.”
