Chillisoft has signed an ANZ deal with cPacket Networks, a provider of network observability tools, to help cPacket grow its ANZ presence following the hiring of Miles Humphrys as cPacket country manager almost a year ago.

cPacket’s Unified Network Observability Platform includes high-performance packet brokers, continuous packet capture and analytics and AI/ML capabilities that distill trillions of packets into insights. cPacket offers solutions for both physical and cloud-based networks, as well as a centralised control centre to manage the entire observability estate on a single pane of glass.

“As the cyber landscape becomes more complex, we keep on looking for complimentary vendors who our partners can take to market and help their customers become more resilient,” said Chillisoft’s local chief executive, Gavin Lawless.

“In a world where constant risks are the norm, cPacket believes that the foundation of any observability or security solution is reliable and accurate packet data. We concur with this, so we are very pleased to partner with cPacket."

Humphrys said Chillisoft’s expertise and extensive reseller network across Australia and New Zealand make them the ideal partner to help the company deliver high-performance observability solutions.

"Together, we are eliminating the 'blind spots' that [hinder] security and network tools, empowering enterprises with the actionable data required for the fast resolution of critical problems," he said.

Earlier this year, LogicMonitor signed a deal with Chillisoft to grow the company's presence in ANZ.
