Chartered Accountants ANZ taps Atturra for member experience revamp

Atturra has delivered a member experience uplift for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) using the Boomi platform.

The company replaced point-to-point integrations with the Boomi integration platform-as-a-service, including Boomi APIs and API management capabilities.

CA ANZ connected 15 business-critical systems including its Salesforce customer relationship management, Sitecore content management system, NetSuite financial management and Snowflake data lake.  

The uplift significantly improved CA ANZ's services for its 136,000 members, streamlined its skills assessment process and introduced personalisation into a new member portal.

It has also enabled faster code drops and fixes for its IT team.

Using Boomi's workflow automation solution Flow, Atturra rearchitected CA ANZ's member portal to improve the membership renewal process and search functionality, provide greater control over the preference centre and expand tailored content. 

“CA ANZ’s member portal is now mobile-friendly, which makes renewal ‘on-the-go’ a huge win for our members, as well as the team,” CA ANZ's CIO Kylie Fisher said.

“June is our busiest time for renewals, and with member data accurately pre-filled, we’re getting far less support calls."

"On June 30 this year, we had half the amount of calls come through compared to the same day in 2022. That reflects how much easier it is for members to engage.”
