The 2008 Partner Awards recognises licence sales and maintenance deals, and partners who have created successful customer relationships through the delivery of WatchGuard-based solutions for the financial year end June 30, 2008.
IT solutions provider, Leading Solutions, won National Partner of the Year for the second year running. The company provides infrastructure value-added services, software development, consulting and project management and training services.
“Our business strategy over the past few years has been to stay on the leading edge of security solutions and WatchGuard is core to this aim. We are delighted to have received the award and look forward to continuing to grow the business through a strong strategic alignment with WatchGuard in the years ahead,” said Garreth Bohanes, sales manager, Leading Solutions.
Expert Partner of the Year went to Darwin-based Territory Technology Solutions in the Northern Region and Melbourne-based Solutions Plus Australia Pty Ltd for the Southern Region.
The award recognises partners which have consistently achieved revenue targets thought the year and demonstrated superior technical competencies in both designing and integrating WatchGuard security solutions.
Elmtree Consulting in Victoria won Professional Partner of the Year for WatchGuard’s Southern Region while Sydney-based Netforce scored the same award for the company’s Northern Region. The award recognises partners that have grown their WatchGuard business substantially in 2008 through improved sales and technical certifications.
Best Growth Award 2008 was given to national network solutions provider, EmcorpIT Solutions.
