Channel Guru has launched the Tech Partner Operating System (TPOS), a framework designed to help traditional MSPs become technology solution partners (TSPs).

TPOS is a product-based platform that tests performance across 1,200 maturity points.

Partners assess their organisation across 10 key categories, with 51 sub-categories and over 1,000 actionable steps, all surfaced through a dashboard.

It comprises strategic focuses like business strategy and planning through to more technical domains such as advisory; governance, risk and compliance; and project and change services.

Beyond the framework, TPOS offers access to a network of contributors and coaches; a resource library with over 350 tools, templates, and guides; a Business & People Performance Hub to support leadership development, team structures, and company culture; and a Solutions Builder that aims to help partners turn their IP and services into scalable, repeatable offerings.

Complimentary ESAT and Pulse Check Surveys are also available to track employee engagement and drive internal improvement.

Partners can choose to use the system in a self-directed way or work closely with Channel Guru coaches and subject matter experts.

“TPOS is probably the most modern and advanced operating system ever built for tech partners—and it’s finally available to every leader inside the business, not just the CEO," said Brad Clarke, founder of Channel Guru.

“One of the biggest benefits is alignment. TPOS gives your entire leadership team a shared language and a clear view of priorities," said James Davis, strategy director at Channel Guru.
