Centrify's first Australian distie revealed

Hemisphere Technologies has been appointed Centrify's first Australian distributor.

With Hemisphere's appointment, Centrify will employ the company's global channel-focused strategy and expects to increase its local visibility.

Hemisphere Technologies managing director Andrew Mamonitis said Centrify helped protect organisations from the leading point of attack in data breaches: compromised credentials.

Centrify country manager for Australia and New Zealand Lachlan McKenzie said Hemisphere’s distribution channel would enable Centrify to deploy its solutions across more organisations and industries.

"This aligns Australia and New Zealand with the successful distribution model used in Centrify’s other markets," McKenzie said.

Sydney-based security specialist distributor Hemisphere Technologies has recently been appointed F-Secure's exclusive distributor in the region.

Hemisphere was given access to security vendor Trustwave's entire product portfolio in May. Hemisphere was already a Trustwave distributor, initially with exclusive access to the vendor's Secure Email Gateway Cloud service.
