Solution Tech Group, a Canberra-based IT and cyber security provider, has acquired Easy VPS Solutions, a provider of cloud services to large legal and real estate companies as well as medical practices.
All EasyVPS clients have come across to Solution Tech, gaining access to a larger team and an expanded suite of services.
These services include managed security services & 24/7 SOC-as-a-Service; Essential Eight implementation & compliance support; and cloud services, security auditing, threat detection & vulnerability management.
Solution Tech also boasts Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership, alongside a 12-week Cyber Pathway Program, supporting graduates and veterans through mentorship, security clearance preparation, and hands-on cyber experience.
The merger aims to strengthen Solution Tech’s position as a provider of technology services across government, Defence, and commercial sectors. In addition to its Canberra headquarters, the company also has an additional presence in Perth.
