Brisbane-based regulatory technology firm de.iterate has partnered with legal, workplace and compliance services company Source to launch a Privacy Act compliance product.
Launched in December 2023, the product will be offered via the de.iterate compliance platform.
“This is a unique product that will help small to medium-sized businesses with their personal information storage and handling practices to improve legal compliance with the Privacy Act,” Source Legal's managing director Stanislav Roth said.
“The product contains a list of easy to follow tasks to help businesses navigate the ever evolving Privacy Act landscape, which will be continuously updated as the legislation changes."

The product's other bespoke features include customisable registers, a compliance calendar, in-built policies and data mapping.
