Mid-market service provider Brennan has been chosen to build an operational control system specifically for the Australian Fire Protection Industry.
The agreement will see Brennan working with one of Australia’s leading Fire Protection service providers to design and build a bespoke software application to advance operational management within the fire protection industry.
Brennan’s general manager of software development division, David Perks, said the integrator was approached to build the solution because there was a gap in the market.
“The solution will be one of the first for the industry, delivering enhanced functionality that will enable fire protection companies to better manage their client base, improve service levels, streamline back office administrative functions and smooth out cash flow,” he said.
We have worked very closely with the industry to ensure we build a solution that meets their exacting needs. Our agreement ensures that this solution will follow an industry-led development roadmap to fit the needs of service providers both now and into the future,” he said.
The web based solution, which takes advantage of a 3G network and Internet technologies and will dramatically simplify the administration required to operate a fire protection services business, said Perks.
“There will also be other opportunities to develop similar software for other vertical markets,” said Perks.
