Brennan said it has modernised financial reporting for the Australian Psychological Society, reducing a two-day manual process to just 2.5 hours through Microsoft Power BI implementation.

The society's finance team previously spent up to two days each month manually creating and distributing financial reports to 90 member groups.

"The new reporting system has been a game changer for us," Adrian Betts, data and information manager at APS said.

Betts said that Brennan delivered exactly what the society needed to support its ongoing transformation.

Brennan's solution uses Power BI paginated reports with dynamic receipt subscriptions to automate both report generation and distribution, eliminating the need for manual handling.

The implementation allowed APS to decommission an unsupported legacy server as part of its move to cloud-based systems, which was deemed a security risk.

"We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and practical solutions that align with our customers' goals," Nick Sone, chief customer officer at Brennan, said.

The Australian Psychological Society represents more than 25,000 psychologists across the country.
