CHICAGO (Reuters) - Blackbaud Inc, a provider of software and services for nonprofit organizations, on Monday named a Microsoft executive as its president and chief executive.
Marc Chardon will succeed Robert Sywolski, who is retiring 28 November, Charleston, South Carolina-based Blackbaud said.
An executive with Microsoft since 1998, Chardon has served as chief financial officer of Microsoft's US$11 billion information worker business since 2003. In that role, he has been responsible for developing a growth strategy for the business.
