Atturra has worked with the Catholic Development Fund (CDF) to automate the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) Corporate Card reconciliation process.
Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools deployed a Boomi-integrated framework, delivered by Atturra and the CDF.
Previously, MACS processed transactions from its schools over a 90-day period using a highly manual system.
Atturra integrated the Catholic Development Fund's core banking system with FlexiPurchase expense management, AWS SFTP, and SharePoint.
This integration allows transaction information to be cross-checked against the different ERP accounting platforms used by the 293 MACS schools, with information delivered as API payloads.
The solution addresses the reconciliation of corporate card transactions across the 293 schools managed by the MACS.
“After being in operation for just three months, we have already seen vast improvements to the speed at which MACS can reconcile transactions,” said Jukka Rinta, Executive Manager, Product at CDF.
“Now, up to 80 per cent of transactions are compared against the ledger within the same month. This is a huge win for governance and provides significant reduction in admin burden.”
