Atturra has partnered with Comtrac, a Brisbane-headquartered company used by law enforcement, government agencies and businesses as an investigations and digital brief of evidence platform.
Under the new partnership, Atturra will become a reseller and implementation partner for Comtrac and establish a shared services model hosting its software enabling clients to adopt the Comtrac platform while leveraging Atturra’s systems integration, analytics, change management, and training capabilities to improve the quality of investigations and enforcement outcomes.
By combining Atturra’s industry footprint across all levels of Australian government with Comtrac’s investigative technology, the collaboration will aim to deliver a modernised, AI-enabled approach to investigation management.
This partnership also strengthens Atturra’s growing applications business and expands its regulatory, safety, and compliance technology ecosystem alongside existing vendor partners, including Nuix and SafetyCulture, which also partner with Comtrac.
The Comtrac platform claims to streamline investigations and the process of creating consistent, court-ready briefs of evidence and high-quality investigation reports, automating evidence analysis, mapping exhibits to key offence elements, and producing court-ready briefs of evidence and legal forms or applications.
“With regulatory and compliance requirements increasing across industries, the need for secure AI and modern digital collaboration has never been greater," Alastair Brooke, Atturra’s safety solutions practice director, said
"By leveraging Comtrac’s industry-leading technology, we aim to transform the investigative case management industry sector.”
“We are excited about the opportunities this collaboration presents, including our capability now to become a parter of choice for all levels of government, including local councils, where Atturra is an ideal strategic fit with its tremendous footprint in this market," said Craig Doran, founder and CEO of Comtrac.
“By working with Atturra we’ll be able to reinforce our ability to service markets at scale with investigations in areas such as criminal conduct, environmental crime and biosecurity, fraud and financial crime, health and safety breaches, corruption and misconduct.
