ASC Technologies has won a multi-year contract with one of Australia's top ASX-listed financial institutions to provide compliant recording of Microsoft Teams communications through its cloud-based Recording Insights solution.
The financial institution selected ASC based on its regulatory market expertise, native integration with Microsoft Teams, and scalable solution built on Microsoft Azure.
"Financial institutions around the globe face the challenge of managing communications securely, at scale, and in full compliance," Gerald Kromer, chief executive of ASC, said.
The contract strengthens ASC's position in the ANZ region and reinforces its partnership with Microsoft.
"This engagement not only strengthens our presence in the ANZ region, but also reinforces our long-standing partnership with Microsoft," said Sreekanth Sreevalsam, vice president ASC ANZ.
Sreevalsam told Techpartner.news that ASC is under non-disclosure agreement with the customer, and won't be able to reveal their name.
"The bank is using Recording Insights solution to record the Microsoft Teams calls and chat conversations in a compliant way and archive them securely in Azure," Sreevalsam explained.
Sreevalsam added that together with Microsoft, ASC empowers financial institutions with enterprise-grade compliance recording and AI data analytics to help them navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.
ASC Technologies headquartered in Germany, and has 15 offices around the world, including in Australia.
It provides compliance recording, quality management and artificial intelligence-based analytics solutions that help organisations evaluate communications data, meet regulatory requirements, and optimise customer service.
The company's AI-powered technologies analyse conversations in real-time to detect compliance violations and assess customer interaction quality, serving financial services, contact centres, and public safety organisations.
