Apple, Harvey Norman and Samsung Electronics have once again been named among the most-complained companies in New South Wales for the month of October.
NSW Fair Trading found that the three companies were among the top five to receive the most complaints last month, all mostly concerning the quality of goods.
Apple had the second most complaints for the period at 37, behind first place music festival organiser Yellow Live, which had 60. Most of the complaints were about iPhones and iPhone accessories, Apple Watches and Macbooks.
Harvey Norman meanwhile had 25 complaints, while Samsung had 24, 14 of which were from its Sydney Olympic Park branch.
Also making the list with at least 10 complaints was Kogan, JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys with 14, 11 and 10 complaints respectively.
Apple has been a mainstay on the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register for the past few months, even topping the list in July with 36 complaints. Kogan has also topped the list a few times this year, getting as much as 70 and 72 complaints in January and February, respectively.
