Anita Sheridan-Roddick has been appointed to the newly created role of chief revenue officer (CRO) of Baidam.
She joined the company in July of last year as national sales director.
Prior to Baidam, she worked at Seccom Global for over eight years, serving in such roles as group sales manager APAC and director of strategic alliances.
Beau Hodge, the recently-named CEO for Baidam, said adding weight to the company's executive team reflects the maturity Baidam has gained in the market as it has evolved from founder-led to executive-led.
"Anita’s been there, done that, and has the cybersecurity T-shirt when it comes to achieving results by building out a managed, professional practice," he said.
“She’s a seasoned professional with a strong focus on and passion for our growth, services, people, and profit-with-purpose goals. We’re strongly aligned on initiatives such as our collaboration with Deadly Coders and our support for women in STEM programmes.”
Sheridan-Roddick said her priority will be ensuring the company has a go-to-market strategy that the Baidam team can execute on.
"We’ve already been restructuring across the business, enabling us to double down on our technical capabilities - both in our SOC and front-end professional services," she said.
"With a focus on team enablement and a new sales management layer, there will be some great career progression opportunities for our team. Beau and I have a clear vision of what good looks like moving forward, and we’re excited to have the opportunity to act on it.”
