Software vendor SugarCRM has named former NetSuite managing director for Asia Pacific and Japan Mark Troselj as its vice president for APJ.
Troselj will be responsible for the regional sales team and for forming close relationships with customers, growing revenue and expanding awareness of the company’s software.
He will report to Juan Herrera, worldwide executive vice president of sales at SugarCRM.
Troselj was NetSuite managing director and vice president of sales for APJ for six years until August. His move follows the announcement in July that Oracle would acquire NetSuite. In his 20 years in enterprise software, Troselj has held several senior roles at companies such as Dell, SAP and Telstra.
"SugarCRM doesn’t compete with its partners and that is one of the unique differentiators for the organisation. Our partners are the delivery arm of our business and one of my goals is to ensure that our partners are able to capitalise and add value to our shared customers’ businesses," Troselj said.
Herrera said: "His experience in leading successful teams and growing the regional offices and revenue for software companies will be a tremendous boost for our organisation in the APJ region."
