Content delivery and security provider Akamai Technologies and Fujitsu have extended their partnership to deliver cloud services to Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) businesses.
The expanded partnership will see Akamai extend its services and solutions in Australia at Fujitsu’s Melbourne data centre.
Fujitsu will offer Akamai’s cloud services and security solutions to its ANZ customers and promote Akamai’s cloud services across its regional team.
“We are strengthening and broadening the scope of our engagement with Fujitsu to assist ANZ organisations effectively use digital channels for better customer interactions," said James Richmond, ANZ regional director at Akamai.
"Akamai and Fujitsu are applying our combined expertise to expand our footprint in the cloud market and help organisations control spiralling costs through an open-source platform.”
Akamai and Fujitsu first partnered in May 2022 to deliver security solutions to Australian customers.
