Artificial intelligence software vendor Complexica has hired Mike Costa as director of customer engagement.
Costa has more than 20 years of IT experience in project and program management, operational management and customer service excellence, according to Complexica.
His experience spans retail, defence, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing and oil and gas.
Before joining Complexica, Costa held senior account management roles at Interactive, IBM, Schneider Electric and the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria.
Complexica managing director Matthew Michalewicz, who is a keynote speaker at CRN Pipeline, said Costa brings broad business experience and skills to his new role.
“As the company continues to grow and expand its product offering, Mike's focus on maximising the value we deliver for our customers will prove invaluable,” he said.
Costa said he was excited to join the company, having worked with the founders of Complexica in the past.
“I'm particularly looking forward to working with Complexica's customers to ensure they capture all the business benefits of our software and that end users are provided with the best possible experience,” he said.
Complexica supplies AI software for optimising sales and marketing activities, ranging from promotional planning, pricing and product mix optimisation through to sales force automation, CRM, and multi-channel quoting and order processing.
