Adactin has announced a partnership with AI customer experience (CX) assurance provider Cyara.

The collaboration between the two companies will enable Adactin to provide Australian government agencies and enterprises with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) testing support aimed at optimising customer experiences.

Adactin will gain access to Cyara's AI-powered CX assurance platform, enabling Adactin to expand its customer experience, contact centre, conversational AI, and digital transformation offerings.

The partnership also creates opportunities to deliver additional value through validation, readiness, and observability capabilities across voice, digital, messaging, and AI-driven customer interactions.

Cyara Academy also provides partner-specific accreditation and certification pathways, including technical certifications designed for partner organisations.

“As organisations increasingly adopt AI-powered contact centres, conversational AI and digital channels, we recognised the needed to expand our quality engineering capabilities into customer experience assurance,” said Vab Mittal, country head ANZ, Adactin.

“Combining Cyara’s market-leading Customer Experience Assurance platform with our responsible AI capabilities through Cyara Botium, will enable Adactin to provide end-to-end assurance across digital, voice and AI -driven customer journeys."

"What stood out to us about Adactin is how much they care about getting the delivery right, not just the strategy side," Rosemary Cormican, VP of global partners at Cyara, said.

"cPairing that with Cyara's ability to help teams detect hallucinations, validate decisions, and stay compliant means together, we can empower organisations across Australia and APAC to trust the AI and digital experiences they're putting in front of their own customers and citizens.”
