Adactin has launched its Spark Graduate Program, a digital skills uplift program to support IT students transitioning from study to real-world industry experience.
The program is mainly targeting grads from computer science, engineering and information systems, but students from areas like finance, marketing and business who "demonstrate strong analytical ability and a genuine interest in technology" will also be considered.
The Adactin Spark Program complements the company’s existing internship program, which enables undergraduate students to gain practical, hands-on experience by shadowing senior team members, contributing to projects and building core technical and professional skills.
This exposure enables a transition into the Spark Program, where they may be mentored and placed on specific projects or roles as individual contributors.
Graduates for the Adactin Spark Program will also be selected from universities and private education providers. This will include an online application, skills assessment, and interviews that evaluate curiosity, problem-solving ability, communication, and cultural fit.
“Our aim is to develop enthusiastic graduates into future technology leaders through structured learning, hands-on project work, dedicated mentoring, and meaningful client exposure,” said Navneesh Garg, chief executive of Adactin.
“The program is designed to prepare graduates for the professional workforce while fostering innovation and long-term growth to benefit both our organisation and the broader IT workforce ecosystem.”
Adactin finished seventh in the 2025 techpartner.news Fast50.
