Access4 honours partners at Gold Coast conference

Access4 has recognised its Australian and New Zealand channel partners that are driving cloud communications adoption across the region at its Annual Conference 2025 Gala Awards, held at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast.

The three-day conference – Access4’s biggest yet with a record 130 partners in attendance – showcased major program launches, strategic growth sessions and new opportunities for partners to accelerate Unified Communications (UC), Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) deployments.

The Best Newcomer 2025 award was won by Smile IT.

The Best Performing UC Partner 2025 was BayCom ICT, the Best Performing UX Partner 2025 was Atturra (who also took out the Best Diamond+ Partner 2025 award) and the Best Performing CX Partner 2025 was Viatek.

The Best Gold Partner 2025 was given to Black Box (who also won Best Customer Deal), while Generation-e was named the Best Platinum Partner 2025.

XRX Business Centre was recognised as Best Diamond Partner 2025.
