Global access control company Salto has appointed new leadership roles for its Oceania operations, with Caine Hillier becoming general manager and Jarrod Kelly stepping up as sales manager.
The Melbourne-based appointments follow Frederik Troester's promotion to regional director of East Asia, in a newly created position.
"I am delighted to take up the role leading the Oceania team at a pivotal time in the company's expansion in the region", Caine Hillier said.
Kelly, who joined Salto over a year ago, brings expertise in smart locker solutions to his new role.
"Caine has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Oceania business and strengthening the value delivered to partners and end users", Scott Fraser, Asia Pacific president for Salto, said.
"Since joining Salto, Jarrod has proven himself as a dynamic leader, successfully accelerating our growth in smart locker solutions", Fraser said.
Troester will continue to work from Melbourne while leading the company's expansion in East Asia, following his successful three-year tenure growing the Australian operation.
Hillier outlined his focus on leveraging technology to enhance operations.
"With a strong focus on leveraging advanced technology to streamline operations, we are working with our partners to empower organisations with state-of-the-art world class access solutions", Hillier said.
The restructure reinforces Salto's commitment to the Oceania market while expanding its presence across East Asia.
