Melbourne security consultancy 443 has signed on as an elite value-added reseller of Passlogix' v-Go products to assist their customers with password management.
In a statement, the US-based vendor said 443 had added the v-Go access accelerator suite, including a single sign-on product, to its portfolio of identity and access management (IAM) solutions and services.
The consultancy also holds partner agreements with the likes of CA, Oracle and Microsoft.
It focuses on the financial services industry, although the broadcast, telecommunications, food and beverage, agribusiness, pharmaceutical and government sectors were also on its radar.
"We have been searching for a password management solution for our clients, but most products we evaluated require additional infrastructure or implementation of a larger IAM application framework," said Joseph Failla, co-founding partner at 443.
"The benefit of the Passlogix suite is that it offers a simple, reliable solution that can be implemented in a short timeframe and produce tangible results very quickly.
We see the enterprise single sign-on suite as an enabler into the more complex world of IAM as well as a way for our customers to realise financial benefits by reducing helpdesk calls plus the costs associated with password reset and management."
Sean Harris, Passlogix VP of business development, said he saw "443's presence and expertise as an important piece of the Passlogix Partner Program in Australia and New Zealand."
v-Go Single Sign-On, the cornerstone of the IAM suite, enabled users to access any Windows, mainframe or web application with a single Windows logon rather than remembering, managing and inputting different passwords for each account.
