OFF THE VINE: Jargon: we've had enough of it

OFF THE VINE: Jargon: we've had enough of it

Vine has already vented its spleen against jargon (c.f. "Wank Word

Bingo" in the December 17 edition), and is now taking aim at acronyms

which are meaningless to approximately 99 per cent of the normal human

population. To whit: "CPM". As a public service, Vine will now convert

these acronyms into language more easily understood, yet just as

relevant.
