Samsung Galaxy S III
Samsung made a big fuss about its flagship “iPhone killer” Galaxy S III at launch, and for good reason. Non-Apple devices generally don’t cause much buzz, but the excitement around the Galaxy S III was well-deserved. The smartphone met and exceeded the hype, with a big, bright screen, excellent design, powerful and fast quad-core Exynos 4212 chip running at 1.4GHz, hefty and removable 2100mAh battery and nice features such as its answer to Siri, S Voice, and Smart Stay facial recognition software that turns the screen off if you’re not looking at it.
