Last year CRN recognised 10 incredible tech projects that delivered outcomes for Australian customers. Will 2018 be your year to shine?
We are now taking submission for the second-annual CRN Impact Awards - enter now before submissions close on 22 February.
Last year's winners included some stellar projects, such as Vibrato's IoT project for CitiPower Powercor based on AWS technology, UXC Connect's OT-IT network overhaul for Melbourne Water and DiUS' virtual reality work with REA Group. You can meet all the winners here.
The awards celebrate IT suppliers for delivering Australian IT projects, and we have also launched new categories for Aussie tech innovators and software startup building their own intellectual property, as well as a category for distributors.
Customer outcomes delivered by technology are the heart of the CRN Impact Awards. We are looking for entries from resellers, managed service providers and software/cloud integrators that have helped drive real tangible outcomes for client organisations.
We encourage vendors to support their channel partners to enter the awards.
This year's new "Innovation" categories are aimed at Australian companies that are commercialising their own IP, such as software startups and established Australian independent software vendors (ISVs).
We have also introduced a new category, "Distribution Performance". Disties play a crucial role as intermediaries between vendors and channel partners, and this award will recognise distributors that have gone the extra mile to drive success for both vendors and channel partners.
Entries to the Distribution Performance award should be based on a discrete project, campaign or initiative run to support a vendor, or perhaps a new service that the distie has launched into the market.
Entries close at 5.00pm on Thursday 22 February. We request that you fill out the first page of the entry form as soon as possible. This will only take a minute and it will help us manage entries and follow up on any incomplete submissions.
Finalists will be revealed online in March/April and the winners will be unveiled at a gala awards ceremony in Sydney on Thursday 3 May, as part of our CRN Pipeline conference.
