What networking brands and services do you specialise in?

We specialise in the Huawei networking brand, as well as the unified communications networking and routing space.

When did your company first get involved in this area?

2013

What are your networking credentials?

We have Huawei certifications for their networking products and some Cisco networking certifications.

Which distributor do you use for networking?

We use Synnex and iCITA.

Have you heard about any cool developments in the networking space recently?

With a lot of the stuff we’re working on in the UC space, there’s a big push towards cloud and multi-tenant platforms.

Can you tell us about a recent deployment you have done?

One of our biggest recent deployments has been with Sureway Employment & Training. That involved around 500 phones, routers, switches and wireless access points for 76 sites and monitoring systems.

What is driving customers’ networking projects?

Changing to the NBN means new networking equipment. VoIP is a major one, because of requirements around quality of service. Also enterprise networking, so they can enhance their quality control to deliver a great user experience.
