BullGuard appoints new CEO

Tennet joins BullGuard from Mobility Electronics where he held the position of managing director for the EMEA region.

He has also held the position of head of global sales at Sennheiser Communication and vice president Sales & Marketing EMEA at GN/Jabra.

At Jabra, Tennet was credited with accelerating growth of the brand in the region.

Commenting on his appointment, Tennet said:

BullGuard’s products have a solid consumer value and this fact, along with our new Gaming and Mobile editions, gives us unique opportunities to expand our distribution and business partner base globally.”

In his role, Tennet will be focusing on mobile based security, a market which is forecast to see a rise in demand in the next three to five years as mobile internet usage increases.

“BullGuard is in a great position to benefit from this market growth and I expect our distribution channels to expand in line with it,” he said.

BullGuard chairman Morten Steen-Jørgensen is confident Tennet will strengthen the company’s position in the local market, as he witnessed his skills first hand when the gentlemen worked together at Jabra.
