Rod Gallagher has taken the reins as CEO of Discovery Consulting, the SAP specialist announced.

Gallagher is a SAP veteran, and a former Deloitte partner. At Discovery, Gallagher will help organisations transition to SAP RISE, which coincides with the consultancy's cloud expansion.

Prior to Discovery Consulting, Gallagher held senior roles at AusNet, Wipro and DXC Technology.

The specialist SAP solution provider offers comprehensive services across human resources, payroll, finance, procurement and workplace safety.

By broadening its services and product offerings in SAP S/4 RISE, Discovery Consulting aims to provide enhanced solutions to streamline business processes, boost operational efficiency and speed up digital transformation for its clients.

Discovery Consulting is active in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Recently, Discovery Consulting implemented SAP Successfactors for ASX-listed service provider Atturra.

Alistair Elliott, managing partner at Discovery Consulting, welcomed Gallagher on board, saying some of his industry stature is a significant achievement as a chief executive to lead the firm.
