Global digital transformation specialist CI&T has appointed Katherine Wolfe as its new Australian product director to lead product management and innovation initiatives.
Wolfe brings 15 years of leadership experience from roles at major Australian companies including Telstra, NAB and ANZ.
She takes responsibility for leading CI&T's product management team and driving user experience capabilities.
Wolfe will focus on integrating customer experience into product design and development processes.
Her experience spans digital transformation and product development across financial services, health, government and not-for-profit sectors.

The appointment aims to enhance CI&T's product-centric innovation approach for its more than 100 enterprise clients.
CI&T has offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, with nearly 30 staff in Australia and first entered the local market in 2020.
The NYSE-listed company has existed for nearly 30 years, focusing on digital transformation, data, cloud, application modernisation and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI).
Locally, CI&T counts Virgin Australia, Vodafone and Flight Centre as customers.
CI&T partner with Amazon Web Services and Databricks to deliver digital solutions, and utlises its own GenAI.
