Australian workforce management consultancy and 2024 CRN Fast50 company Dulili Solutions said has secured a strategic investment from South Africa's Group Elephant, as part of a restructuring of its operations.

The deal involves the transition of Dulili's Dayforce practice to Magnisol, a Group Elephant company.

The move positions Magnisol as the largest Dayforce partner across Australia and New Zealand.

"Our partnership with Group Elephant is built on shared values and a commitment to excellence," Conor Barr, co-founder of Dulili Solutions said.

"Since we started Dulili, just over three years, Dulili has grown to nearly 40 people."

"We set out in 2021 with a vision to be the best in our field and to create career growth opportunities for those who hadn't had them before," Craig Pilkington, co-founder of Dulili Solutions said.

The Perth-based company, whose name derives from an Australian Indigenous term meaning "together", will maintain its focus on Payglobal, Jitterbit, and Employment Hero platforms.

Both Pilkington and Barr will remain at the helm of Dulili Solutions following the investment.

The company has demonstrated strong growth in recent years, ranking eighth in the 2023 CRN Fast50, which recognises the fastest-growing companies in Australia's IT sector.

Dulili earned another nomination as a finalist in the 2024 CRN Fast50, with winners to be announced on at the IT channel's year-end celebration.

The restructured company continues its operations from its base in Kewdale Road, Perth, while expanding its national presence through the Group Elephant partnership.
