The Transport for New South Wales agency is looking to procure a cloud-based survey management platform, for the Sydney metro area.

TfNSW's People, Communications and Workplace division wants the survey management platform to have the ability to easily seek feedback from the agency's employees at regular intervals.

Sentiment analysis on response data should be done either within the cloud-based platform, or using data extracted to for example Microsoft Excel.

Data that is personal, sensitive, and classified has to be securely stored, as dictated per NSW State Records Act of 1998.

TfNSW did not specifiy the value of the cloud survey management platform.

The closing date for the tender is November 11, at 3 pm, with an estimated decision date given by TfNSW of December 20 this year.
