Australian IT channel firm PS&C has acquired Bexton IT Services, a Melbourne and Sydney based IT services firm.
PS&C will pay $2.9 million in cash and shares as well as further payments through till 2018 based on Bexton IT’s performance.
Bexton IT Services will compliment PS&C's Systems and People SAP recruitment business with non-SAP capabilities. The buyout also gives PS&C a greater presence in Sydney.
PS&C's acquisition run also looks set to continue, with managing director Kevin McLaine saying the company is “continuing to look at acquisitions in the security space as a priority”.
PS&C was formed in 2013 with the bringing together of four channel firms. Since then, the company also purchased Pure Hacking in 2014.
