UXC Eclipse has cracked $68 million in revenue from its recently established North American business.

The Australian-based Microsoft Dynamics partner, part of UXC Limited, grew from a handful of employees to over 200 staff in North America in the past 18 months.

UXC Eclipse chief executive Bradley Stroop said the company’s North American growth was unprecedented.

“Our success shows that it is possible for Australian companies to expand into other markets effectively with the right technology, people and processes,” he said.

“The success UXC Eclipse has achieved on a local and global stage this financial year recognises the strong solutions it offers, which is backed up by industry experience and predictable outcomes that provide customers with confidence in UXC Eclipse’s ability to deliver.”

Overseas growth came off the back of a number of retail customer wins, including Microsoft Dynamics AX point of sales implementation for the Jean Coutu Group, one of the biggest pharmacy chains in North America with 400 franchises across Canada.

Other North American retail customers include Bartell Drugs, DAVIDs Tea, Carol’s Daughter, Sherry‐Lehmann Wines & Spirits, Everlast and David’s Bridal.

Revenue from retail customers alone reached over $20 million. Locally, UXC Eclipse won contracts for Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail with Cornetts Supermarket, which has 34 Supa IGA stores in Queensland.

UXC Eclipse also won a deal with Jeanswest for a single ERP system across all of the retailer’s franchises. The platform includes Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail and K3 AXIS Fashion

On top of strong sales figures, UXC Eclipse has hauled in a number of awards, including Microsoft’s Excellence in Enterprise Social Award for its Tourism Australia project and the Excellence in Marketing Award at the Australian Partner Conference.

Revenue for parent company UXC Limited grew $43 million in 2015 to $686.4 million.
