The Samsung Galaxy S III is available from today for $899 outright on a variety of plans from all the major telcos.
The white 16GB model went on sale at 10:30am this morning. The 32GB model will retail from this weekend.
The Galaxy S III is powered by Samsung's 1.4GHz Exynos quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. It boasts a 4.8in 720x1280 Super AMOLED display and a sharp 306ppi screen.
The handset carries an 8MP camera.
The blue version of the smartphone will go on sale sometime next week.
