EcpPro was created to simplify this task by centralising everything an MSP needs into a single console, including automated billing, security policy enforcement, and licence management.
According to EcpPro’s chief executive officer Andrew Tucker, the goal is to make and MSP’s operations smoother, while delivering more predictable revenue and effortless customer management.
“Everything has been designed to be seamless, so MSPs can focus on growth rather than getting stuck in the administration,” Tucker says. “And best of all, it’s up and live within five minutes, with no complex setup or training needed.”
Now, thanks to a partnership with Dicker Data, EcpPro is being made available to MSPs across Australia.
