Kelvin Tegelaar said that while he never intended to start a SaaS business, the community-led growth of the CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal (CIPP), a Microsoft 365 multi-tenant management system designed to help MSPs streamline their clients' Microsoft 365 administration tasks, has led to 10,000 managed service providers now using the tool.
