Fresh from the EGM today, Fraser-Clay told CRN, Deancorp's nominees, Peter Granger, Jury Wowk and Dai-Kyu Kim have been voted in as directors of the local IT security surveillance vendor.
"There was unanimous support from the shareholders and no negative views were expressed from them at all," he said.
He said the new directors were there now, although Fraser-Clay doesn't know what they are doing.
He told CRN the four directors must be able to prove themselves, as another EGM will be held in the middle of May.
"Shareholders will be asked to vote on the removal of Steve McKay, Don Chambers as a director, Lawrence Wang and Jason Brown as a director," said Fraser-Clay.
Fraser-Clay called for the EGM back March.
The EGM comes off the back of Zylotech's announcement it's in the process of acquiring Trantek group of companies.
Trantek and Trantek Systems are Sydney-based manufacturers of digital video security and passenger information systems for mass transport applications in Australia and overseas.
The local vendor has signed a memorandum of understanding with Trantek however details about the deal were yet to be released.
Steven McKay, managing director at Zylotech, has yet to confirm the appointments. Calls to the vendor went unanswered at the time of press.
