UnixPac protects with GuardianEdge

The Sydney-based IT security distributor has now added GuardianEdge's products to its portfolio .

GuardianEdge technology protects sensitive information residing on end-user devices such as laptops, portable storage media, and smartphones.

Tom Piotrowski, managind director at Unixpac, said, the growing number and variety of threats to endpoints, has made endpoint security a 'hot topic'.

"Guardian Edge is a highly regarded security vendor who offers what it appears the most effective solution to deal with variety of endpoint vulnerabilities" he said.

For resellers the margins will be around 20 -25 percent, said Piotrowski and there are services opportunities around software support renewals.

Resellers can also get involved with the product rollout, configuration and optimisation and charge their clients for that, he added.

The latest Garnter Mobile Security review has placed Guardian Edge in leaders section of their Magic Quadrant.

GuardianEdge products is now available to Unixpac's channel partners.
