TSP Mentor appoints Adele Pickering as head of growth and partnerships

TSP Mentor, a peer mentoring organisation for technology service providers (TSPs), has appointed Adele Pickering as its head of growth and partnerships.

Previously the CEO of Canberra-based MSP Centrered, acquired by Evergreen last year, Pickering will lead efforts to grow the organisation’s member base across Australia, the UK, and North America.

Founded by Dan Williams in 2023, current TSP Mentor members include Quorom, Lancom, Kaine Mathrick Tech, Centrered, ADITS, Otto IT, Evolve Technologies, Login Systems, Maxsum Consulting, Mangano IT, NetStrategy and ONGC Systems.

TSP Mentor’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)-aligned Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) sessions have members address critical business challenges together.

“During our sessions, we spend hours digging into the toughest issues, solving them as a group," Pickering said.

“No one is left to face their challenges alone.”

Pickering said business leaders can often feel isolated, but TSP Mentor combats this by providing a supportive space for solving real problems with peers who understand the struggles.

“TSP Mentor is for CEOs and GMs running businesses with recurring revenue models who are focused on growth, accountability, and giving back," she said.

“In the next six months, we aim to launch in Canada, significantly expanding our footprint in these regions.”
